Our goal is to bring high-quality products to the Minecraft community across various versions. We need individuals who are friendly, easy to communicate with, who can act maturely and professionally, and have an interest in helping our clients. If this is you, we would love to hear about you.
As of right now, only non-paid positions are open. General requirements that apply for all positions are available below and must be met for all positions.
General Requirements
- You must be at least 16 years of age unless the position/s you’re applying for specify otherwise.
- Have a registered account on Discord and be able to create an account on Chanty.
- You must be friendly, easy to communicate with, and can act maturely and professionally. Of course, a sense of humor is acceptable, and encouraged! We just ask you to know how and when to control it.
- Have an interest in helping our clients.
- Have a working headset/mic for the audio interview and staff meetings.
- You must have the ability to learn and adapt.
Our Openings
Support Ninja
Support Ninjas help resolve issues and answer questions about not only our plugins, but also Ulti Studios in general.
Requirements
- Have at least basic experience working with Minecraft servers and how plugins work.
- Knowledgeable of Ulti Studios products.
Helper
Helpers help the community by doing things like helping navigate users around, pointing them in the right direction, and doing basic moderation to keep the peace.
Requirements
BONUS: Experience with moderating discords (bonus if experience includes using Wick bot)
Moderator
Moderators moderate the public spaces of Ulti Studios and helps ensure they are a fun and safe place.
Requirements
- Experience with moderating discords (bonus if experience includes using Wick bot).
- You can remain calm under pressure and be able to calm major situations.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and time-management skills.
Administrator
Administrators help take charge of the public spaces of Ulti Studios and help take care of major situations. They may be asked to help further improve the community such as providing events. Administrators also supervise Moderation and below and report to management how they are performing.
Requirements
- You must be at least 17 years of age (18+ preferred, but not required).
- 1+ years of discord/community management experience.
- You can remain calm under pressure and be able to calm major situations.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and time-management skills.
